Building Edge Cell Towers in Space
Persistent connectivity and compute for satellites.
Turning isolated spacecraft into an intelligent orbital network.
Space Has A Connectivity Problem. And A Compute Problem.
Modern satellites rely on brief communication windows and limited onboard processing. The result is delayed decisions, wasted data, and isolated orbital systems.
The Infrastructure Layer of Space
OXG is an edge-enabled orbital network that provides persistent connectivity, in-orbit compute, and high-capacity data delivery for satellites.
CONNECT
Keep satellites continuously connected to the data, systems, and users that depend on them.
COMPUTE
Process information in orbit, turning raw data into actionable intelligence before it reaches Earth.
DELIVER
Move insights to the right place at the right time through a global orbital network.
Turning isolated spacecraft into an intelligent orbital network.
Meet the Team
Akash Shetty
Co-founder & CEOFormer ISRO engineer with over a decade of experience in spacecraft mechanisms and large deployable space antennas. His work includes the development of an 18-meter deployable mesh reflector antenna and spacecraft mechanisms for Chandrayaan-2 and Chandrayaan-3. Akash holds an MBA from INSEAD, combining deep engineering expertise with business leadership.
Sanjay Gorur
Co-founder & CTOFormer ISRO aerospace engineer with seven years of experience taking complex satellite systems from concept to flight hardware. His work spans first-principles design, trade studies, analysis, manufacturing, integration, and qualification, resulting in deployable solar arrays, antennas, and hold-down release mechanisms flown on missions including RISAT-2B, Microsat-2C, and multiple science spacecraft. Combining deep engineering expertise with an uncompromising approach to quality, he now leads the development of next-generation space hardware at OXG.
